MindFlow Psychology can offer talking therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of difficulties, from negative body image or anxiety/panic, stress and burnout, to relationship difficulties or low mood. At MindFlow we can support you to work through personal difficulties to help you find a sense of wellbeing and resilience to carry with you throughout your life.

Sport Psychology

At MindFlow we can provide sport psychology sessions to help you develop psychological skills and mental strength to improve athletic performance, in terms of training and competition. This can be provided individually or arranged in a group/team setting with athletes of all ages, teams, parents and coaches to meet sporting goals as required.
