MindFlow Psychology is an Auckland psychology service that offers therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We can provide therapy for mental health difficulties, for general personal development, and sports psychology individual/team interventions to improve athletic performance.
Rather than viewing mental health issues as problem that needs to be fixed, we believe that personal and emotional difficulties are an inevitable symptom of being human, and that by working through these difficulties in therapy, we can help you establish a sense of wellbeing and strength to navigate your world with more flexibility and effectiveness. By drawing on you or your loved ones existing strengths, and providing you with a range of new skills and ways of responding to challenging situations, we can help you feel greater happiness and content in your everyday life.
We consider each person who walks through the door as an individual with unique needs, and thus we base our treatment approach on a combination of research evidence, and what is going to work and be doable for this unique person.
