One on One

Sessions are provided to athletes in a one on one setting to provide an understanding of sports psychology, and teach psychological skills to improve mental strength and achieve optimal performance.

 
 

GENERALISED PROGRAM

In these sessions, athletes are provided with a generalised program in sports psychology education and mental skills training, as well as components of individualised/targeted work, in order to improve athletic performance. This utilises a strengths-focused approach to enable high performing athletes to take their competitive edge to the next level.


INDIVIDUALISED

ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING program

Many athletes don’t realise that by improving their mental strength, they can overcome difficulties in their physical performance in training and competition. When an athlete is facing some difficulty such as struggling with motivation, under-performing due to pressures of competition, or battling with recovery from an injury or burnout, they are likely to benefit from specific and targeted sports psychology input to up their mental game, improve their performance, and establish their competitive advantage.
