Coaches

Help your athletes build mental toughness and achieve excellence—in sport and in life. You’ll learn strategies such as effective goal setting, anxiety management and relaxation, visual imagery, and self-talk to help your athletes build skills to enhance their sporting performance. 


Parents

Sports parents have a big impact on their young superstars. A healthy and successful sports experience will depend on parents ability to instil confidence and self-esteem in their young athletes, and appropriately balance the roles of fostering success and promoting psychological well being. In parent sessions, we aim to reinforce the concepts taught to young athletes in our one on one sessions.
